Currently we’re seeking a strategic partner for our Human Resources Department to develop, implement and lead the business partner model by building effective relationships with hospital leaders and helping them to meet strategic objectives by building tactical solutions to talent issues. Specifically, you will serve as the primary human resource consultant on process improvement, leadership development work/role redesign, strategic planning, and change management; partner with Organization Development, Talent Acquisition and Compensation/Benefits areas in order to bring expert solutions to organizational units around these issues; and partner with Vice President, Human Resources to build business partner competence within the Human Resource team.
Requires BS in a Human Resources related field along with 15+ years HR experience in leadership roles. As this position is responsible for overall HR strategies, you will need to have the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders throughout the organization, strong analytical skills, business planning and project management skills, proven leadership skills and the ability to drive change, an understanding of corporate and functional/process strategy, and the ability to pursue HR strategy and action to implement the strategy. Demonstrated ability to facilitate group sessions, experience in handling mediated sessions to achieve conflict resolution and the capacity to provide honest, direct and constructive feedback along with experience in Executive Coaching is necessary. Advanced PC/systems skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and excellent interpersonal skills to work with strong personalities and high expectations are expected.
